Effective September 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of Detour, provided by Disco Media.
Eligibility and your account
You may use Detour if you can form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the maps, notes, links, and other content you save. You must have the right to provide that content and must not use Detour to store unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle.
Third-party information and links
Travel information, place details, hours, coordinates, and links may come from your research or third-party services. Check important details independently. Google Maps and other linked services have their own terms and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, abuse authentication or email systems, scrape private data, submit malicious content, or use Detour for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
Availability and changes
Detour may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful but do not promise uninterrupted availability, completeness, or accuracy of travel information.
Disclaimers and liability
Detour is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Disco Media is not responsible for decisions made from saved travel information, third-party services, or directions. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Detour or permanently delete your account through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. Account deletion may not remove records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
